The Tiniest Yard Sale Uncut Interview
I'll be launching a paid subscription plan in 2020. Here's a taste of what you'll get with a paid subscription.
On December 24, I released my uncut interview with Karen Anderson Singer of Tiny Doors ATL from the season 2 premiere episode. You can listen to it now on Apple Podcasts or wherever you get your podcast fix.
This raw audio is an example of the type of content you’ll receive when you sign up for a paid subscription, which I’ll start offering in January 2020. I’ll have more details on that soon. For now, please enjoy the uncut audio from The Tiniest Yard Sale.
Why offer paid subscriptions?
I want to give my most loyal listeners and newsletter readers extra content and exclusive offerings, but I need a little help to make this happen. You can read more about my decision to offer paid subscriptions in this thread.
How much is a subscription?
Subscriptions will cost $5 a month, but anyone who signs up before February 29, 2020 will only pay $3 a month. I’ll be sending details on how to do this in the next few weeks.
How does the paid subscription model work? How will you handle payment processing?
When you decide to sign up for a paid subscription, you’ll be added to a separate list in Substack so that I can send you newsletters, episodes, or online thrift store (coming in January!) discounts that I create just for paid subscribers. Substack handles all payments through Stripe.
What type of content can I expect to receive as a paid subscriber?
You’ll get things like episodes and show notes via email before they hit the regular podcast feed, full uncut interviews with guests, and bonus mini episodes and newsletters.
Will you still offer free content? Can I remain a free subscriber?
Absolutely. Most of the content I produce will continue to be free, so please don’t feel like you need to sign up for a paid subscription.
I’m not really interested in receiving extra paid content. Are there other ways I can support the podcast?
There sure are! I’d love it if you could follow Thrift: What Your Garage Sale Says About You on social, encourage your friends to subscribe to the podcast on whatever platform they choose, and share the podcast and newsletter widely.
